Cancellation Policy

I want lessons to be easy and enjoyable for everyone, so here are a few things to know before purchasing your package. Your lessons can be booked whenever you like and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All lessons are subject to availability. Cancellations You can cancel a lesson up to 48 hours before your booking, and the lesson will be returned to your package to use another time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed lessons will count as a used lesson. Rescheduling If you need to change your lesson time, just let me know. I’m happy to reschedule if I have another suitable time available. Please keep in mind that rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible. Lateness If you’re running late, don’t worry, just join the lesson when you can. Your lesson will still finish at the original time, as I may have another student afterwards. If you’re more than 15 minutes late and I haven’t heard from you, the lesson will be considered missed. Refunds I want you to be happy with your lessons, so if something isn’t working for you, please tell me. I’m always happy to listen to your feedback and see what we can change. Once a package has started, it is generally non-refundable. However, if there is a problem or an exceptional situation, please contact me and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you. Lesson notes & materials You’ll receive lesson notes and relevant materials to help you continue learning after each lesson. Homework is also available if you’d like some extra practice. Materials are for your own learning and should not be shared, copied or sold. Respect during lessons Lessons should always be a comfortable and respectful space for both of us. Disrespectful, discriminatory, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour is not accepted. In serious cases, I may need to end the lesson or stop future lessons. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
